Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

  • Registration Amount Refund: The registration amount is fully refundable after one month from the date of tower installation, provided the installation was completed satisfactorily and there are no outstanding issues or service violations.
  • Service Quality Issues: If you experience issues with the quality of the installation or service provided, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund depending on the severity of the issue.
  • Incorrect Billing: If there was an error in billing, such as overcharging or incorrect charges, you are eligible for a refund of the excess amount charged.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of the one-month post-installation period for the registration amount or within 7 days of discovering any service-related issues. Provide the following information:

  • Your contact details.
  • Details of the service and the issue.
  • Proof of payment and any related documents.

Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider's processing times.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of Mind: If you change your mind after the service has been completed, a refund will not be provided.
  • Late Requests: Refund requests made after the applicable time frame will not be entertained.
